Good benefits. Great co-workers. Made some good friends. Pay is ok. The online learning is very good and HR seems to want to provide necessary training.

Cons

Very political. Archaic antiquated managment uses fear to motivate which essentially means no motivation at all. Projects are entirely mis-managed and delivery dates are almost always missed.

If you wish enjoy life without any improvement (e/x if you are settled), then CSC can be good option. If you expect Salary hike every year, good project assignment , no work politics then CSC is NOT the right place. Esp, if you happen to join Covansys projects, then expect even worse.
