after covansys merge bad policies came into existence... U will end up signing bonds for everything.. slow pace of work & mostly will land into maintainance projectes

Large orgnization, so have lots of opporutniites to scale up. For the same CTC, there are lots of tax benifit breakup so the take home is higher

Cons

Weak promotion/hike policy. Even the best performers will not get a product company like compensation. Not so great managers above you.
