Pros

CSC is a very good company to work with as a fresher. Lots of learning's in different different projects and cool work environment. No managerial or work pressures , average hikes every year when compared to other orgs. Company and leave policies are very much clear and transparent.

Cons

No Value for employees who have been associated with CSC for a long time. Onsite opportunities are limited, when it comes to individual resource.

1. Poor management. 2. No accountability. 3. No promotion 4. Onsite is mainly for managers. 5. Unsatisfactory salary hike 6. very less chance for cross skills.
