Process based company, very structured. Initially training is provided. Good work life balance. Flexibility in time, you have to finish 45 hours a week rest is flexible

Cons

Growth is slow. Sometimes you have to deal with certain problems due to whole big process involved even for small things.

Great bunch of people to work with. Worked in the FEMA Flood area. Worked with you regarding remote from home and things. Equal family/work life. Enjoyed the environment too.

Cons

Spaghetti code and VB6. Nothing newer and nothing new to learn.
