CSC India is worst Service Provider company from Employee's prospective. 1. Management Insist employees to do overtime without any payoff or compensatory off. 2. Next to no annual hike 3. Middle Management is egoistic and take personal revenges knowing that senior management and HR will ONLY listen to them. 4. HR management only listens to technical management and do not bother for any employee grievance. No effective HR management in CSC India. 5. All internal committees including Employee Advisory committee don't have any rights. I was part of EAC and HR even did not listen to us. 6. Insist employees to sign service bonds in name of virtual overseas training while send them to work overseas. 7. Even thought employees transferred to overseas sister company like CSC UK or CSC US, still Indian management harass employee in sake of there stay overseas. 8. Even thought employees transferred to overseas sister company like CSC UK or CSC US and they adhere to overseas policies, they insist them to do lot of work which is against overseas labour laws.

Slow increase in salary If you dont learn stuff yourself, you will be stuck with this org itself.
