- Friendly environment - Facilities weren't bad - Benefits were okay, could've been better - Good place to start out before doing bigger and better or if you don't require huge salaries

Cons

- Younger, competent workers are not mentored, coached or trained into better workers. - With the latest re-structuring, uncertain as to what future work will look like - Once your contract runs out, if you haven't found anything good luck - Management has been a confusing word

Pros

I joined after my under graduation and what i found good as compared to my other friends was work Life balance, but i suppose that is very specific to the project you work on. I was working on a Scandihealth project and it had a very chilled out environment. I had good growth opportunities, again specific to project. Training facilities are good.

Cons

Freshers are just assigned to projects at random.(I had certification and internships experience in Java and was assigned to a .Net Project even though they had an option) The HR are not true to their word, they did not even stick to their offer as stated in offer letter, and when we talked to them after the probation period they said you could leave company or take the new offer.So double check your offer
