      Here is my review after more than 2 years of work in CSC

      Pros

      1) Projects with global exposure 2) Onsite exposure but it fairly depends on how old are you in the project and your equation with the manager. Not all projects have it. 3) You will relax in some projects. Might be good for ladies who are seeking comfort and wish to get married and babysitting :P 4)

      Cons

      1) Few components in the Salary structure are not justified 2) Most projects are in Support. 80% are chances in which you will land up in such projects only. 3) Managerial line is old in the company due to which there is lot of bureaucracy in many projects. Even HRs are turned down many times. Sometimes you will feel choked. 4) UK and US shifts in the projects as most of them are from these regions. 5) Appraisal system is not that good. You have to lick the boot of the managers all through the year. After recent restructuring within the organisation , it has even gone down.

      I liked the culture, laid back, inviting environment. They allow room to grow and learn. Tuition reimbursement. I was once proud to work for CSC.

      Cons

      Company is changing, and upper management don't seem to care about their people anymore. Small salary increases.
