Good definition of accountability and open / encouraged around empowerment. Received two professional training opportunities (certification) quickly and welcomed and embraced by my team as well as those around me. Good networking opportunities to get to know others and build relationships. Also excellent interaction with leadership in round-table and off-site lunches to interact, exchange ideas and communicate. Book club in part of the culture (prof dev). The physical premise is also up-to-date and a pleasure to work in with several amenities open to staff, clean lunch rooms, stocked galley, catered lunch from outside vendors, free popcorn and so on. Dress is casual and comfortable.
