Sometimes there will be no work at all. You can develop laziness due to this.

I had a positive experience while at CSGi. I worked on various North American based projects for interesting customers

Cons

Limited career growth without becoming a manager. And some recent downsizing has left the teams with low morale.

Pros

Well established strong corporate structure with lots of international support, flexitime, family orientated, good salary but negotiate well at the beginning because increases are small, good career opportunities for advancement, great training opportunities, great location, great offices.

Cons

Benefits are not great, bonuses are terrible, poor performance is not tolerated but also not managed which results in annual retrenchments.
