I know many companies in CSGs industry and I would not choose to work for any of them over CSG. 1. World class products and services 2. Work with very smart, professional people - You will learn if you work with them 3. Very caring company - If anyone has a personal challenge the company does its best to accommodate (I never needed to take advantage but I saw the culture) 4. Very personal - One gets to know peers and managers and Exec Management

Cons

Its a large company now processes can be a tad rigid and cumbersome. One needs to be able to work within the constraints (or be clever at navigated the quickest path)
