Pros

Open atmosphere where commitments are taken seriously (internally and externally). Highly skilled people, many with long service records Generally good client relationships

Cons

Growth stagnant. Direction of company coming from senior leadership difficult to relate to for most staff in field. Track record of shedding staff when required.
