Company is very flexible and there is a good work life balance

Cons

During my tenure I was able to apply to different positions within the company however, I never received an interview. I had a few other co-workers experience the same thing. There should be a better career path defined for the employees.

New jersey location in general is highly unorganized with no work life balance. Every one is requried to do so many roles from manager to programmer to analyst to tester,that it is impossible to do every thing in time without working all the time. For extra work there is hardly any career growth in the organization.
