Pros

I was able to get my ideas in front of management, and salary was quite competitive. Once laid off, severance was quite reasonable.

Cons

Business units within the corporation vary in management style and effectiveness; the best of these units make life wonderful - the lesser units can be a bit frustrating.

Pros

Well established strong corporate structure with lots of international support, flexitime, family orientated, good salary but negotiate well at the beginning because increases are small, good career opportunities for advancement, great training opportunities, great location, great offices.

Cons

Benefits are not great, bonuses are terrible, poor performance is not tolerated but also not managed which results in annual retrenchments.
