Nice new building compare to the old one, with modern cubicles like Facebook offices. Talking about Facebook, Employees get free breakfast on Friday's. Flexibility to work from home.

Cons

Salary is OK. Turf wars are daily, and you have to be smart and choose the winning side.

Sometimes rigid corporate structure. Promotions from within are slow and sometimes very hard.

Completely inept leaders - no understanding of what it takes to run a business. Annual layoffs, low pay, worse benefits. No respect for employees. Leaders lead by "do as I say not as I do"
