Great company to work for (if you get into the right team)

Pros

* Having been part of an R&D team since the beginning, its been a great experience to work on cutting edge technology. * Friendly folks and teams * If you are considering Omaha, its a great place to settle down with low cost housing and short commutes.

Cons

* Lot of politics goes at the management level. * Salaries are not great (if you are coming from the west or east coast) , but its on par with companies in the mid west. * If you don't get into the R&D teams, then day to day work can get monotonous *mainly for the adventurous folks.
