Very good source control and build management. Most people are great to work with. Usually up to date with latest software. Causal dress code. Flexible hours accommodate people whose children have early morning school activities. Thanks to some good management choices, software development practices visibly improved over what they used to be in 2008.
Cons
Frequent layoffs in the past 5 years. Several multi-million dollar project failures.
