close to nice restaurants just read the cons

Cons

people quitting weekly. middle/upper management has no clue what they are doing. high level engineers are in constant meetings. development and testing environment is broken more often than working.

At one time, this was an exciting place to work with challenging technology and great people.

Cons

So many people have left. Management is trying to help moral by forcing culture, it's not working. Demands are overwhelming, I don't blame the people who have left, but I do miss them.

I worked for CSG for a couple of years and liked it very much when I started. Good vacation policy, new tech stack to learn and lot of talented people to work with.

Cons

They have lost a few big clients and their Ascendon product is going downhill. Lots of people have left in the past few months, including many employees in my team who have worked there for many years. They have also laid off many people. Your hardwork is not rewarded, not even with a thank you. Bonuses and increments are so tiny. Very limited growth opportunities, promotions are rare. Lots of politics and back stabbing. People with no management skills have been made managers and they have no power in their hands.
