Pros

Gym and trainers, Thursday Panera bagels

Cons

Not a fair work-life balance, back office doesn’t get to enjoy gym as much due to workload and backlash of taking breaks when work is urgent, no tuition reimbursement program, maternity leave is only a week for every year employed AFTER you use all your PTO first, WFH is looked down upon, guilted into contributing to in-house charity organizations continuously throughout year, gossip, etc.

Pros

Compensation was on par with other staffing agencies.

Cons

Change of directions constantly. No collaboration. Leadership was petty and spiteful. Quick turnover of employees with no ownership from leadership for their failure. The generic, positive reviews here are fake.

Pros

Easily the most fun and community-involved company I've ever worked for. Definition of a work-hard-play-hard environment. The company promotes active lifestyles and included amenities like a gym, personal trainer, running coach (really), and masseuse. The organization throws great events, family is always welcome, and there's always someone who will jump at the chance for a happy hour after work if you've had one of those days. Lots of office extra-curriculars to join in if you're a sports fan, etc. You have the ability to negotiate a pretty comprehensive package (both salary, and some times commission structure), and the company will give you the tools you need to do your job.

Cons

Sometimes too much culture can be a bad thing. It's imperative to be in the in-group, and even if you are that can be exhausting. You're expected in the office by 7:30 (but really you should strive to be earlier) and no one dares leave before 5:30pm - you'll get looks. PTO is lacking, and taking it is difficult to squeeze in with the workload. If you think you'll be able to unplug for vacation, think again. This is an environment that demands top tier production, but compensates well for it. There are social workarounds to actually being good at your job (politics), but they do expect you to eat, breathe, and sleep CSI.
