They have “made it big”. So now customer service and employee appreciation are going by the wayside.

The company is run by very nice and attentive management. My supervisor was always available to help me and they are understanding if your schedule.

Cons

Not consistent work. The patients get infusions once a week or once a month so you need to live in a place where they have a lot of patients in order to get good money. It all depends on what you are looking for in a job.
