Pros

Generous company with excellent support. Lots of flexibility. Great for part time/PRN. Great education and onboarding experience. The work culture is great.

Cons

Clients infusions are various scheduled. I think it would be difficult to make this into a full time position.

Pros

The commission potential is great and seems to be the only thing that keeps top performers around.

Cons

The fast growth without placing emphasis on growing the needed infrastructure before adding sales representatives across the country has been CSI’s sudden downfall. Because of this lack of planning the patient care plummeted and not to any fault of intake folks. Instead they’ve been worked to the bone because all upper management saw was more money to be made. What used to be great service has led to confusion for patients, offices, and reps. Communication is non-existent with managers because they’re too busy hiring whoever they can to fill vacant spots. The culture has also become non-existent because of the fast and furious need for expansion. Hiring management positions and training positions because they have friendships with management isn’t a great practice-and leaves departments such as training extremely lackluster. We don’t need to go over the same sales model at every single meeting- how about give us training on different products like we’ve all asked for. Instead, the training “manager” screams at representatives during meetings like we are in middle school. Representatives with zero experience are forced to be trained with other reps because the training department is an absolute joke. Changes to comp plans and structure throughout the year because intake can’t handle the volume- due to lack of planning by management. The health benefits are terrible and almost didn’t exist because contracts weren’t signed in time by management. Tons of mess ups on several employees health benefits at the start of the year. The car allowance leaves much to be desired along with their poor 401k program. If all you care about is making money after some time and you keep your head down you’ll be fine. If you want somewhere you enjoy working, have a voice, and development (both personal and professional) opportunities- this is not the place. The once “family-like” atmosphere and culture, which made CSI great is a thing of the past.
