Company gave generous amount of PTO and personal holiday time. Pay is decent when you donate there as an employee

Cons

Pay is horrible for the skill set. The location is pretty ghetto, a lot of questionable donors. Donors are rude, stuff is unprofessional.

Plenty of room for advancement within the company, High turnover means flexible schedules for those who stick around. My location has mostly friendly staff.

Cons

Terrible pay, terrible benefits. Job stress to compensation ratio completely out of whack. The managers practice "inventive" timekeeping to cheat people out of breaks.You will never leave on time and you will be forced to skip breaks, but managers will be alerted by the system if you go 1 minutes over 15. QA structure designed to bilk employees out of annual raises. To go back to the terrible pay: The starting salary at every nearby fast food joint is higher. I've checked. This is for a job involving medical procedures, biohazardous waste, and 12+ hour shifts. Run of the mill sleezy big medical corporation.
