      Pros

      Coworkers were the most amazing and hardworking people I have ever met. Most are lifelong friends I keep in contact with until this day.

      Cons

      Management- specifically the highest ranking in the Center is one of the rudest people I've ever met in my life. She has favorites and frequently is the cause for drama and distress in the workplace. Despite multiple HR complaints by over 5 employees she still remains in the position.

      Generous time off and great health insurance

      Cons

      While they do promote from within, they promote young and inexperienced people into leadership positions. Not a welcoming environment if you are over 40. Poor management and very understaffed. Management lacks ability to communicate with staff or follow through on directives from HR involving career development. Retaliation when complaints are made including decrease in hours, lack of growth opportunities and assignments to jobs below skill level and professional licensure.
