      Pros

      Awesome opportunities to advance, ok salary, awesome training. If you have zero ties to anyone it’s great as they will promote you as long as you’re willing to uproot your life every few years

      Cons

      Horrible schedule, regional directors don’t work, they will give you the job where you don’t want to work. They will force relocation. They hardly promote within a center they love to force you to go to westbumcrap vs. being around your family or loved ones. They love having the power to jerk you around. Reminds me of the military once you’re settled if you want more you have to go where they tell you. Very shady shady stuff goes on pretty much don’t ask don’t tell. If you’re a by the book type person they will try to get you fired or move you to a different center so they can continue to be shady.

      Pros

      Great for advancement there’s always a new center opening and a chance for a promotion. It can be an easy gig if you get the right position or center.

      Cons

      Cooperate could give better communication to its center staff and a longer time to implement things instead of waiting to the last minute. They have upped there pay for most positions but not all.
