Management is terrible. So much favoritism it’s crazy. Management picks out some people to pick at constantly. From watching cameras in one specific area all day and laughing at the people working in that area to telling those people they are not allowed to leave their area despite the fact that they are trained in other areas and are training people from other areas. Me and the only other processor were targeted by and coworker/management. Laughed at, picked on, micromanaged, and mistreated. It felt a lot like bullying. Other coworkers noticed it too. Ultimately I was let go in part to do with this bullying. I worked there for almost a year and about 6 months in it took a turn for the worst everyone saw and felt it. There was about seven people that left in my time there. That left us so understaffed and overworked. We were on a hiring freeze for most of that year, it was lifted and they hired 5 people. Only 2 of which lasted. There are too many managers and they do not have a clue what they are doing. They don’t know how to schedule, don’t know how to deal with conflict, and they only help the people that suck up.

- The management is not good - No one gets fired, they quit, which leads to the good employees quitting and the really crummy ones sticking around long term - Myself and many other employees frequently will spend our break crying in the bathroom because of fellow staff members behavior - There are some very scary donors that the company does nothing to protect you from - We are so understaffed that we do not have coverage - Many long term employees will call in multiple times a week so we end up shorter staffed than is manageable - Staff is not listened to when they need something
