Management never comes in on time but expects you to be on time. Maybe you should set an example for your employees. It was made okay for you to be late and then all of a sudden it's not okay. There are WAYYYYY to many clicks and way to many favorites. Other employees talk to other coworkers like they are trash and the management does NOTHING about it. This is the most unorganized place I have ever worked. No one is on the same page and then act like your stupid for asking questions because someone trained you the wrong way. The employee that work the hardest and come in on thier days off are the ones that are let go. You do NOT GET PAID FOR THE WORK THAT YOU DO. You are never good enough. This place NEVER goes by the SOP'S. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only person that seem to care there is leslie h. She the only one that does her best to make you understand the right way to do things. The other 2 managers have NO IDEA what they are doing. Like I said they MOST UNORGANIZED place ever. And I would not recommend it to anyone.

management does not care about staff, donors and coworkers are allowed to use profanity towards staff without intervention, scheduled shift times are irrelevant, below average wages
