      Pros

      Pay is every week and some people were very helpful. I gained very informative medical knowledge that I never knew about.

      Cons

      I was scheduled for part-time because I had another job but their idea of part time was 38 hours a week. The actual on the floor training was complete chaos and we were just thrown into situations that needed more expertise. Some people were pulling their weight and then some and others were getting by with doing the absolute least they could do. So many employees had so many bad things to say behind managements back.

      They are flexible with school and children.

      Cons

      They force you to start off his part-time so you won't get benefits. Management loves to micromanage. There's also lots of favoritism. People who don't deserve to get promoted get promoted all the time even if they're not doing the work and not in the proper work space.
