feel like a factory worker doing the same thing over and over long hours standing in one place - good shoes important extremely low pay considering all we had to do - hence high turnover

CSL education assistance only applies to degrees in the medical field. Their policies are predatory to new employees, with very little chance of advancement. No janitorial or custodial staff (at my location) means employees are responsible for cleaning the facility. My location had a very 'high school' feeling, with verbal and sexual harassment being ignored due to an employees popularity and work performance. Management regularly was angry if an employee had to take off due to injury/illness, death of a family member, etc. The daily risk of exposure to untreatable blood-born pathogens was not worth the 9.50 an hour.
