Pros

Management is great (depending on the center) Hours are decent (no super late nights usually) Great medical experience. Amazing benefits.

Cons

Can be physically demanding. You’re on your feet the whole shift constantly moving for 8-10 hours. Pay could be better not bad though.

Pay, no 24/7 security, high turnover rate.

Good benefits, fair pay for the work.

Cons

Management uses her position to get revenge on employees. Hard work does not matter, manager has favorites and won't listen to you if she's not your "buddy". Center manager was good but was not allowed to take control. Reception mgmt was the worst!
