Pros

The company is very innovative and is the leader in human plasma collection. The company does really try to strive to be the best they can be while keeping all of their core values in mind. The company really tried to ensure that their staff were taken care of to the best of their ability during Covid.

High pay, great benefits, ability to move up fast.

Poor management, started in june 2022 and on day one I experienced poor management, was told if i had prior engangment i would be able to get off, it took several times telling them that they denied my days off and on the third try they gave it to me. My training was poor, was hired to be a phlebotomist and they stopped my training half way in due to errors i was making but when i was trained the person would teach me one day than wait two or three weeks for the next steps so i had zero consistency. I never made it to phleobotmy due to poor leadership, zero brainstorming and many lies from all my managers. Is it really worth 22 an hour ? Hell no. Please stay away from working at CSL plasma, unless you enjoy being on thin ice due to poor leadership.
