A check every 2 weeks, I really can't find anything else that's a pro for this location but the company itself seems to have potential for grow.

Cons

Dealing with ghetto/unprofessional staff,Not having the necessary equipment, much much more. These employees need to take professional management and etiquette classes for the sake of nurses who are used to being professional and working in a professional environment..
