      Pros

      Developing relationships with donors, benefits are decent, chances for advancement.

      Cons

      Employee turnover rate is high, pay is low, teamwork isn't a priority, same employees call out , come in late, or leave early each week, which leaves staff short always. Moral is low and staff is burning out.

      Pros

      Pros are that the company is not that bad and the people you work with are cool for the most part. The job is easy and not hard to learn but this can also be a negative as well. Csl also let's employees donate after 3 months and they get paid 50 each time, which helps make up for the lack of pay Cons are that the pay sucks, and the job is super repetitive. I'm doing the same process every 5 minutes basically sometimes faster. It gets old quick. Some of the donors are rude and unrefined. Management is very scattered and in different directions on different days
