Unprofessionalism at it's Finest

Good stepping stone if you want to get into phlebotomy, almost always guaranteed same amount of hours.

Cons

The pay could definitely be better considering you're dealing with people, their blood, plasma, and other possible bodily fluids PLUS the occasional donor reaction, employees are highly unprofessional, management favorism, looked down upon if you're simply a DST and not a phlebotomist, double standards when it comes to policies.
