add value to their existing team. An engaged employee that is aligned with the company's mission and values will be more productive and stay at the company longer.

Cons

must also be able to track, investigate, and manage safety incidents to identify ways to prevent future occurrences. Lastly, Safety managers need a single system of record to be able to track and analyze data and generate reports

Since the CSL buy and the takeover of site leadership duties by CSL the site is on a good path forward to being successful. Management is taking a Technical - Data driven approach to manufacturing and decision making as opposed to the top-heavy Quality organization that Novartis was. The people at Seqirus are hardworking, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. I don't think there is a better organization out there. Seqirus is an excellent place to work and will provide oppurtunity for constant growth within the company

Below average salary and ability to invest in outside training in employees due to business income
