      A Chance to Thrive

      Pros

      CSOFT gives people a real chance to thrive, putting people in positions where they can really grow and take chances. In my time at CSOFT I held several different positions and was able to test the waters of several different departments. It was because of this that I learned what business role I am really passionate about. CSOFT puts its employees in positions where they can either do as little or as much as they want to. Your success is truly in your own hands at this company.

      Cons

      Some positions lack qualified leaders, which can make it difficult to learn new roles. It's a very 'sink or swim or pretend you can float' situation at times. Work/life balance can also be particularly difficult. Because you will get out what you put in here, you may end up giving a lot of yourself. It can definitely lead you to success, but you need to be careful to protect the balance between your work life and personal life.

      Pros

      Management strategies from a few select people is driving tremendous change and vision Majority of amenities are top-notch (locations of offices especially)

      Cons

      Xerothermic clime in some central office spaces can be an issue for heat-sensitive colleagues Varied and often unpredictable attitude from C-Suite Insufficient career path projections Isolated teams and platforms create information sinkholes

      Good option to get professional experience in China

      Pros

      -Beautiful offices in great locations -I had great experience with their insurance (went to an international clinic and the doctor fee, blood test and medicine were all included - I just signed confirming that I had received the treatment) -Really nice and smart people to work with -Very international environment

      Cons

      -Compensation bellow my expectations -Communication across departments is lacking -Time management needs to be improved
