Thank you so much for your comments, it's always good to hear from our interns on how we can improve their experience. We strive to give all employees a balanced work schedule, but unfortunately we sometimes experience really busy periods of time. We appreciate people - like you - who find work that needs to be done, it's great to have proactive team members. We will continue to work towards balancing our workload during busy and slower seasons.

Pros

Former English teachers are given a fair opportunity to be hired Salaries were higher than other companies that would not give work visas to all employees

Cons

Business model is localization services version of an 'English Factory' My team was full of pretentious fellow expats Stingy, inefficient, inflexible and incompetent in dealing with visas, reimbursement, pay raises and promotions among other issues Office policies are detrimental to the overall environment and morale

Thank you for your comments and concerns. CSOFT's business model reflects many other successful language-industry companies. We try to promote a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all employees, hiring those who fit both the job requirements and the company culture. When working with international employees, we experience unique sets of issues with each employee and our team does its best to resolve all visa issues as quickly and fairly as possible. Reimbursment is given for all business related expences provided with a receipt of purchase. Pay raises and benefits are granted through each contract renewal and promotions go to those who have completed their training and exhibited exemplary growth. We are very sorry that you did not feel that the company met its obligations to you. As a team that works with international staff members, we often see culture influence an employees expectations of its management team. We strive to be upfront and clear from the very beginning of each individual's employment and treat all our team members with respect.

Thanks for the feedback, we are glad you enjoyed the work environment and we thank you for your points about communication between supervisors and employees. Creating an environment where employees can approach management to ask questions takes time and effort, and we are committed to "bridging the gap" and improving all the channels of communication and interaction between managers and employees.
