Pros

Great people and work space. I only work part time so I may not be representative, but I have enjoyed really great flexibility and understanding from my managers regarding work schedules. The company is also experiencing some great growth right now in China.

Cons

HR is a bit slow, particularly on paying salaries each month. THere doesn't seem to be a schedule for regular payment. Hours can be long for full time (regular hours are 9 Am to 6 PM).

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate hearing from our part time employees. In the past 6 years we have never had a recorded incident where payroll was not entered into a bank account within the first 10 days of the month. If an employee ever experienced a problem like this we hope that they would reach out to their manager or directly to HR right away to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Our company is open from 9-6 and management tries to give employees a manageable workload. In instances where employees need to work overtime, we provide a flexible work schedule which allows them to be compensated for their hard-work.

Very good people and easy to access top management, top-notch customer service , nice annual summit offering interactions with worldwide linguists and operations team.

Cons

poor/lack of training to employees, low pay and unclear career path/guidance. lack of good marketing support to promote company's expertise and experiences.

Thank you for your feedback, we are glad you have enjoyed our Annual Summit! The training schedules differ from department to department, some have structured initial training, whereas others require a multiple-test process than during hiring which ensure that employees have the necessary training. We always encourage employees to ask questions -- whether asking colleagues or management. We apologize that this left you feeling as if you had a lack of guidance. If you do work with us again, we would encourage you to express your need for training so that we could do everything in our power to help you succeed.
