Pros

If you want to find a way to work with both China and the US it's a great, global company!

Cons

It's in the business services space and clients can be demanding - not uncommon to do late night conference calls depending on the timezone you're in

We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed working in our international offices. We are grateful for the hardwork you put in with late night calls, you are right that clients in this space (as in any industry) are demanding and we appreciate the efforts our teams put in to exceeding clients expectations. We strive to keep the late night calls (which we try to avoid scheduling internally) to a minimum and provide flexible working hours to make up for the over time that employees sometimes have to put in.

Fantastic group of people to work with; everyone is from completely different backgrounds and such a diverse and open environment. Really allow employees to grow as a person

Cons

Some departments were going through restructuring, a little bit of an unclear career path

You will be able to promote quickly if you can manage and handle client. There are flexibility for your to implement your own ideas.

Cons

Gap between management team and employees. Employees requirement sometimes are ignored.
