Pros

If you are looking for a chance to work under diversity, international environment, CSOFT is a good option. Work_life balance, freindly colleagues, and huge annual event are another advantage.

Cons

Not so many challenges ahead of you. Little bit routine job.

Thank you for your comments, we're glad that you enjoyed CSOFT's international work environment during your time with us. Tasks can get a bit remidial and routine - as they do at most jobs - but we always encourage CSOFTers to go above and beyond. We love to hear new ideas from our team and try to give all our employees opportunities to contribute to the company in new and exciting ways!

many managers are selfish and focus on their own benefits rather than taking care of their teams

Thank you for your comments and feedback, we are sorry to hear that you felt your manager was focused more on their own growth than your own. We strive to hire managers who will grow and encourage their employees to allow them more opportunities. At times all employees can feel burdened by the amount of pressure they are under and our managers are not immune to this. In order to avoid employees feeling as if their managers are not helping them to develop, we have opened up access to our entire management team. We continue to work to grow our internal team and promote our best people to positions where they can effectively manage employees and give each staff member a chance to grow.

Pros

If you want to find a way to work with both China and the US it's a great, global company!

Cons

It's in the business services space and clients can be demanding - not uncommon to do late night conference calls depending on the timezone you're in

We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed working in our international offices. We are grateful for the hardwork you put in with late night calls, you are right that clients in this space (as in any industry) are demanding and we appreciate the efforts our teams put in to exceeding clients expectations. We strive to keep the late night calls (which we try to avoid scheduling internally) to a minimum and provide flexible working hours to make up for the over time that employees sometimes have to put in.
