      Fun Office Culture- Frustrating Management

      Multicultural environment. Young people, energy, creativity. Nice working environment.

      Cons

      Poor management style. Not great communication between supervisor and employee. Low pay and not much respect for work/life balance.

      no pros . you might be able to get free "swags" because they printed extra gifts for clients.

      Cons

      - Passive-aggressive Human Resources. - Messy and confusing company structure. - No career growth/path, do not expect 1v1 with your manager. The management is busy buttering up the CEO. - Absolutely no transparency. Expect to use your 6th sense. - Letting amazing talents go without any heads-up. Your teammates might “disappear” at any second. - Low pay. Bonus and incentives are non-existent. Prepared to get fired if you ask for raises and bonuses. - Fake 5-star reviews on Glassdoor. It's always about the "look", the CEO would burn thousands on throwing a fancy client-facing event instead of giving a hard-working employer a raise.
