      Pros

      - Great team members, people in Boston/North America are great colleagues and are really easy to work with. Colleagues also have a ton of experience in the localization and translation industry so there are always learning opportunities - Supportive leadership team that encourages you to learn new skills and are great at recognizing hard work - CSOFT is a leading LSP and an international company so you experience working with multilingual, diverse coworkers from around the world - Opportunities to practice Mandarin, Chinese language skills

      Cons

      None that I can think of. I wish there was a 401K and match option but know CSOFT is working towards that and keeping us updated. Overall really great experience!

      Worst Job I've Ever Had -- Despicable Company

      They have somehow managed to lure some talented and intelligent people into working there...

      Cons

      - Egomaniacal upper management - Shady business practices (I wish I could have warned my clients not to do business with this company at the time) - Disorganized - Cheap - Dishonest supervisors - Lies after lies after lies to their employees, clients, stakeholders, etc. (Their LinkedIn HR page is fake, the email given to prospective employees to contact with questions is fake, etc.) - Mindboggling turnover I could write a book. And I wish I could give this nightmare of a company less than one star. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
