      There were no pros working for CSSS.NET.

      Cons

      Dishonest leadership. Lots of back stabbing by people to keep their jobs. We won the next year on our contract and then our team was downsized because the scope suddenly changed along with job titles. Benefits suck and IT director incompetent, talks about CEO and employees, lies to save her job by throwing anyone and everyone under the bus. Worst job I ever had.

      Pros

      The small business that wants to be large, but acts like an 8(a).

      Cons

      Employees are expected to work 50 hours a week and you must work weekends. Everyone in the company is working on proposals. The CEO thinks the programs run themselves. As contracts are won...many are walking out the back door. The benefits are horrible.
