      Small, Very Hands on Owner who teaches you how to win.

      Small, so must learn multiple areas; but this is also a pro because you learn a lot.

      There were no pros working for CSSS.NET.

      Cons

      Dishonest leadership. Lots of back stabbing by people to keep their jobs. We won the next year on our contract and then our team was downsized because the scope suddenly changed along with job titles. Benefits suck and IT director incompetent, talks about CEO and employees, lies to save her job by throwing anyone and everyone under the bus. Worst job I ever had.
