Cons

It is very difficult to get 30 hours when clients cancel, despite what it says in indeed job posting. I was hired under the impression that I would have 30 hours guaranteed despite client cancellations, but that is definitely not the case

I have felt extremely supported by my supervisor and the role is set up in a way where I end my week knowing each of my clients and the therapists I supervise got the best of my work. Each night and weekend I’m able to focus on my personal life and recharge.

Cons

The company is growing and I hope CST maintains their values and quality of services across locations.

Pros

Scheduling is very accommodating of my availability. Training team is excellent and I thoroughly prepared to start taking clients even as someone with no prior experience working with kids. Company values a continuous learning approach where questions are always welcome and support is always offered.

Cons

Your schedule can be up in the air for a while after training
