I had an amazing experience working at CST Academy! The team is the most supportive and collaborative group I’ve ever been part of. Everyone genuinely cares about each other, the kids, and the families we serve. It’s clear that the work we do really matters, and that makes coming to work feel meaningful. The leadership team, including the CEO, is very involved and always looking for ways to make things better for both the staff and the families. You can tell they truly care, which sets the tone for the whole organization. If you’re looking for a place where people work together, support each other, and truly care about making a difference, I’d highly recommend CST Academy.

I had such a wonderful experience working with CST Academy. Although I had minimal background in ABA, the training process was extremely helpful and helped me feel prepared. The overall team at CSTA provides a strong support system for one another as they are always willing to lend a helping hand and are super understanding. There is also a clear, linear path for career advancements/opportunities here. I've learned a lot since starting, and it has been such a fulfilling experience working here!
