CST Academy is an incredible place to work. The training really sets you up for success and you get to work with amazing BCBAs and team members. The multidisciplinary approach is really special because you get to work with so many professionals to give the clients the best support you can. It also helped me figure out what I wanted to go to graduate school for and I will be forever grateful.
