Pros

CSTA is a great place to work and earn valuable experience for any position they offer. In going on to be a special education teacher, I learned more in my role than I could have imagined. CSTA is an amazing place to work and the staff is so friendly and helpful at all times. I would recommend this school to anyone looking for more experience before applying to grad school and continuing your career!

Great School

The school has a great culture and they care deeply about helping the children.

Cons

The pay for RBTs, regardless of education and or experience is not enough to live on unless you are maybe still in college or young with no real financial responsibilities. You can only make a decent amount if you’re a BCBA.
