      Everything else. Union. New CEO has trimmed all of the fat, now he's going for the muscle.

      Very good benefits and great co-workers who sincerely want to do the right thing.

      Not sure how new CEO will impact the employee morale. Very flat organization so the opportunity for advancement is limited.

      This WAS a good company to work for. Challenging work. All equipment supplied by company. Salary gauged in the 50th percentile among Fortune 500 companies. A great deal of freedom in movement by nature of the job.

      Cons

      Management bonus is subject to issues beyond personal control. No seniority consideration. One-size-fits-all corporate decision making.
