Pros

Good pay, Good benefits, hard to beat for people without an education.

Cons

You are a number to the company, not a person with a family and bills to pay. You wont get a pat on the back for doing a good job, but many slaps on the wrist if you don't meet times/numbers they would like. Management vs. Everyone else.

Good ole' boys club. The method used to review and rank employees in IT favors those who have been with the company the longest.

Great Opprtunity for Transportation Professionals

Pros

Great pay for customer service entry level position. Great benefits. Challenging area because you have to be knowledgeable in all areas of the business.

Cons

Nepotism. Winters can be challenging and very demanding due to weather delays. Opportunities for advancement outside of customer service can be challenging.
