Pros

1. Wonderful Team management. 2. Generous Profit share bonus and other incentives like the draw pay and phantom stocks for outstanding employee performances. 3. Constant Feedback (Your hardwork will NEVER go unnoticed). This also gives you an opportunity to check yourself to avoid getting to the point where your work is falling apart. 4. Salaries are paid on time. - it's always before or at most on the stated pay date. 5. Responsibility and accountability is taken seriously but not in a demeaning way (Good for one's personal and professional growth). 6. The company is also very much involved and concerned with employee skill growth and development - be rest assured you will not leave the comopany the same way you started. 7. You get to work with very cool and non-judgy co-workers too.

Cons

There are no Cons for now in my own opinion.

Pros

I've been at Coalition for over three years now and I have seen the company go through so much growth! There were approximately 50 members when I first joined the team and now we’re up to 100+ individuals. Through my employment at Coalition, I’ve had the opportunity to work with so many wonderful people from around the world. We are able to communicate and create true bonds with someone we may have never met otherwise. We’ve worked hard to establish strong communication lines between our work-family members to be sure that our remote workers never feel alone. (I’m a telecommuter!) Coalition also provides many traditional benefits such as profit sharing, paid time off, health insurance (US employees), gym subsidy, equipment upgrades, the flexibility of working from home, and much more. Overall, CT is a fun and challenging place to work for the super organized and driven individual!

Cons

We're always busy so the work day goes by super fast. Oh, wait - that's a pro!

Pros

I saw some of the reviews here are pretty down on CT, but I have had a good experience. The pros for me have been: -amazing coworkers -i've learned tons -work hours are always 9-6, no unpaid overtime like my last job -solid pay and the profit share is really good I actually have enjoyed working with the management here. I do agree that there needs to be more managers, but the ones I have worked with have universally been respectful to me and very intelligent.

Cons

The biggest con for me has been the length of my commute. I drive over an hour every day each way, which really blows. I might have to switch companies eventually because of this. I also wish they served more soda in the break room.
