Pros

Having worked as a copywriter for other companies in the past, one of the greatest challenges can be counting on honest, up-front practices and communication. Refreshingly, Coalition Technologies has exceeded my expectations in this regard. I have consistently found the employees with whom I interact to be responsive, accessible, and encouraging, and the tone of the company is extremely positive and straightforward. Because the nature of my work is freelance, the work-life balance is spot-on, but I also get the impression that this is a genuine value of the company.

Cons

Exceptional performance is highly valued by the company, but standards may be perceived as subjective.

Pros

Coalition Technologies has a wonderful staff and culture. Everyone is so nice to work with and willing to help other team members. Administration listens to their employees and tries to make changes that will benefit the company, employees, and customers.

Cons

CT is a startup company so you will not make a six figure salary, but all of the other benefits are worth it!

Pros

After a clean sweep of some bad seeds last winter, the company has really gotten a lot more professional and work focused, which I love, love, love. A lot of what I would offer as advice or pros / cons has already been said. Its challenging. You make your opportunity. You really can move quickly if you show the dedication and effort. People who are smart and work minded get ahead. People looking for a regular day job don’t. Lots of clients, lots of work, lots of growth.

Cons

Upper management and team leads may need to relax a bit. They’re doing a good job with a challenging industry and lots of different things to look after. But when they get stressed / tired, it shows.
